Here is the form that you need to fill in order to remove 2FA:
- Registered email address
- Wallet addresses registered on your account
- Photo ID:
To verify your identity please provide high-resolution photos or scans of accepted documents attaching them as files in jpg, jpeg, png or pdf format. The following government-issued documents are accepted: national ID card, driver's license, passport.
In order to speed up the process, please copy the above form, paste it to your request and fill it in as much as you can, before submitting the request!
Please note, resetting 2FA will result in a 7-day account Hold.
