Here is a short list of things that may cause issues when trying to sign in to your HashFlare account:
You forgot your password
Follow this guide to recover your HashFlare account password.
Make sure that you are typing your credentials in the correct language.
Make sure CAPS LOCK is switched off.
You cannot complete the Captcha validation
Make sure that you pass the Captcha validation necessary on all login attempts. If for some reason you don't see the captcha during login, please try the following:
- try disabling AdBlock - some users may experience issues when using it
- try using a different web browser to access the website
You are having trouble with 2-factor authentication
If for some reason you cannot complete the 2-factor authentication and you have lost the recovery code provided when setting it up, use the following guide to disable 2FA on your account.
Your account is inactive
Once there are no active contracts on your account if you do not log in, or otherwise take any action on your account, for a period of 12 months, due to certain technical restrictions related to security, maintenance, and compliance required for storing cryptocurrency on your account, since we are not a wallet provider, your account, along with any profile information and balances will be permanently terminated in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Once your account has no active contracts you have one year to withdraw any remaining funds. The account is set for termination only if you do not log in for a period longer than 1 calendar year.
You believe someone else may be using your account
Reset your account password immediately.
Protect your account with 2-factor authentication. If used, 2FA will prevent potential attackers from accessing your account even if they know your account credentials.
Perform a security-check-up of your email account. As long as you are in control of your registered email address you can protect your account from loss of funds.
